Data Analyst

Avigna is hiring for a "Data Analyst."

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient cost and schedule management. We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical acumen and technical proficiency to support fast-paced decision-making and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate complex business questions into actionable insights using large datasets and modern analytical tools.

Location: Stockholm

Experience: 5+ yrs

Must-Have Skills:

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business insights, or analytical roles
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business needs and support rapid decision-making
  • Skilled in translating complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches
  • Proficient in extracting and transforming large datasets using SQL
  • Hands-on experience with R or Python for advanced data modeling and statistical analysis
  • Capable of delivering clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders using internal and external data sources
  • Comfortable working with modern analytical tools to drive data-informed strategies across teams
