Required Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a SAP Fieldglass Consultant.
Provide functional expertise in configuring the identified business processes according to best practices.
Maximize business value and align vision through SAP Fieldglass solutions.
Configure business processes following best practices and define functional requirements for integrations or developments.
Lead requirement management, capture business needs, and coordinate across studies, projects, and programs.
Recommend solutions, ensure compliance with IT security directives, and facilitate cross-site global workshops.
Deliver trainings in collaboration with key users and Business Process Developers.
Ability to drive, strong influencing skills, sound methodical skills with attention to details and process requirements.
Strong communication skills and capacity to own and participate in stakeholder forums.
