Our IT Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through effective cost and schedule management.

💼 Experience:

Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.

🧑‍💼 Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement intelligent workplace solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support strategies for user adoption and training.
  • Continuously optimize for performance, cost, and user experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
  • Stay aligned with Microsoft’s roadmap and industry best practices.

📚 Qualification:

  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure AD, and Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
