Key Responsibilities:
Lead data migration strategy for Business Partner, Material BOMs, Finance, and Assets, ensuring data quality through cleansing, deduplication, and proactive governance using SAP Information Steward.
Develop complex extraction/transformation logic using SAP BODS, optimize LSMW, IDocs, BAPIs, and manage real-time replication via SAP SLT for seamless S/4HANA and Central Finance (C-Fin) integration.
Work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure aligned data ownership, issue resolution, and smooth transitions before test and production migrations.
Drive efficiency through automated reconciliation, failure pattern detection, and root-cause analysis in HANA SQL, while leading distributed teams during test cycles and go-lives with full traceability and audit readiness.
Qualification:
13 years of experience in data migration and quality, including 5+ years in S/4HANA Greenfield programs, leading large-scale, multi-wave migrations from assessment to go-live.
Expertise in MDG-integrated migration, de-duplication strategies, and HANA EIM tooling (SDQ, SDI) for seamless integration, delta tracking, and non-traditional source management.
Proven ability to design custom error logging, reconciliation layers, and reusable BODS migration frameworks, ensuring transparency, audit readiness, and efficient wave-based delivery.
Extensive experience in legacy system migrations (AS400), country-specific rollouts, and regulatory compliance, handling complex BOM/EBOM structures and routings
