Required Technologies:

External Expertise Required:
- Communication and Project Management Support for the project in full compliance with Interreg rules throughout the implementation phase.
Client's Requirements:
- Supplier with expertise in strategic and operational Communication and Project Management Support.
- Deep understanding of both project and communication activities.
Strategic Support:
- Assist Lead Partner, WP-leaders, and Partners to meet key milestones and stay on track.External Expertise Required:
- Communication and Project Management Support for the project in full compliance with Interreg rules throughout the implementation phase.
Client's Requirements:
- Supplier with expertise in strategic and operational Communication and Project Management Support.

- Maintain updated road map and timeline.
- Plan budgets and resources.
Project Management Support:
- Support consortium governance (teleconferences, meetings).
- Keep Risk Management Plan updated.
- Align WPs and ensure sequential activities are implemented correctly.
- Prepare project activities (workshops, focus groups).
Administrative Support:
- Ensure compliance with Interreg requirements.
- Coordinate with Joint Secretariat.
- Update project progress reports.
- Manage 6-monthly reports coordination (financial claims, project progress).
General Helpdesk:
- Set up and coordinate online management tools.
- Provide technical support/knowledge on Interreg platform.
Communication Activities:
- Regular local, regional, national, and transnational communication.
- Support creation and execution of communication strategy.
- Design and update communication channels and materials.
- Plan and prepare regular meetings with communication managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in EU North Sea Region project setup, management, and communication.
- Transnational collaboration experience.
- Pan-European project experience within health and digital health.
- Expert team of at least 3 people.

- Multidisciplinary and multilevel team capability.
- Financial stability and solvency.
