Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end SAP IBP solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.

Lead the implementation of SAP IBP solutions, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Customize and optimize IBP modules to align with the client’s specific business requirements and processes.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment of IBP solutions with business goals.

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of IBP tools and processes.

Develop comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SAP IBP and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IBP landscape.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP, with hands-on expertise in IBP modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.

Proficient in SAP IBP configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP systems. Strong understanding of data modeling, forecasting techniques, and optimization algorithms.

Demonstrated experience in leading SAP IBP implementation projects, from planning to execution, within stipulated timelines and budgets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex IBP concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SAP IBP certification is an added advantage.

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
